Preamble:

With WAD/Minister of World Politics elections overdue, a missing Minister of Justice, and several Magister seats left empty, it is time to patch this hole in our regional ship with some temporary appointments.
Resolution:
Upon passing this legislation:

  • The Minister of Interior Affairs (or equivalent, or higher, position) is empowered to:
    • Initiate the Campaign+Election process for WA Delegate / Minister of World Politics and see it to completion;
    • Call for the emergency CC-based appointment of 3 temporary Imperial Magisters, with rules at the Minister of Interior Affairs (or equivalent, or higher, position) discretion;
    • Call for the emergency CC-based appointment of 1 temporary Minister of Justice, with rules at the Minister of Interior Affairs (or equivalent, or higher, position) discretion;


Appointment Details:

The following are to be expected to constitute the rules for these elections & appointments:
  • The WAD/Minister of World Politics election will go through a 2 day campaign period, and a 2 day long day vote;
  • The Magisters appointment will have 3x1 day CC votes;
  • The Minister of Justice election will go through a 1 day campaign period, and a 2 day long day vote;
  • The order of appointments will be the same as of the list above, and appointed members cannot apply for other elections mentioned within this motion.
