Preamble:
A well regulated Military, being necessary to the security of a State, the right of the Nation States of Fifth Empire to manufacture, acquire, keep, and bear Arms, regardless of their type or origin, shall not be infringed by the Comitia Curiata or any edict of any government minister.
Resolution:
Upon passing this legislation:
- The definition of "Armaments" or "Arms" shall be any offensive or defensive weapon, or;
- any object, or;
- any person, or;
- any thing identified as such.
- It will be enshrined for all perpetuity that any Mapped Citizen State of the Fifth Empire may manufacture, acquire, keep, and bear Arms;
- Notwithstanding the source of the Arms and;
- Notwithstanding the type of Arms and;
- Notwithstanding changes in definitions of Arms and;
- Notwithstanding the recognition of such a thing as an "Armament" by other Nation States.
- Any attempt to limit the manufacture, acquisition, storage, and use of such Arms shall be deemed an act of war upon the realm of the Fifth Empire and;
- All Mapped Nation States of the Fifth Empire are in a state of perpetual war against any nation which proposes any restriction or limitation on Arms and;
- Cessation of hostilities can only occur when such a proposal is withdrawn or;
- The State proposing limitations has been ejected from the Fifth Empire.
